Our client had in mind a clear vision of how artistic this future home must be, but not a clear sight of how it is possible to achieve all the interior experiences in large spaces without sacrificing the outdoors.
We got inspired by the location (land on 3 streets), also and more importantly, the family members, the mom and her clever daughter. They influenced our thinking to be pushed to the far limits of creativity in terms of solving the engineering problems and shaping an attractive looking form of a building. We feel proud with this final result.
This project currently is under construction, after finalizing a full architectural package with all structural details needed on site.

The fact we got hired by a well-known large scale business like Abdullatif Jameel Real Estate Company was the inspiration by itself.
This project is one of our biggest in hospitality. Also in terms of the design scope, as we worked for several months in parallel with talented team members to accomplish a satisfying result in both Architecture & Interior Design for our valuable elite client by the end.
Design philosophy was influenced by the Japanese culture inherited within the roots and values of ALJ company. We thought of mixing its basic principles, which are very similar to the Middle Eastern values, with the Scandinavian to tone it a little down in a form of simple & minimal design approach called Japandi!

Client's family hired us for this interesting challenge, to create an experience in between 4 buildings inside out. From an empty land on 3 streets with an irregular shape, to a wonderful creation by elite team.
The regulations in Riyadh city is familiar and easy for us to tackle. However, working on a project inside one of the luxurious districts in town led us to follow a specific regulations handbook, created only for that elite spot. In no time the planning part ended successfully.
Design concept was to create a livable art piece, inspired by the elegance of its residents and matches the hospitality special manners they carry with all its welcoming spirit and so, in a contemporary style. To suit their modern lifestyle and serves all functions they need.
